Return Policy

We understand how important it is to find the perfect intimates for you, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That's why we gladly offer Australian customers 30 DAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT for all Emmoi products with an easy process.

If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, we will happily accept your return request within 30 days of the original date of shipment.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@emmoi.com.au. Once we've received your return request, we will contact you with return instructions and return shipping address so that you can send your item(s) back to us. 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Any item to be returned must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your own cost. 
  • Sale items can be only exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for underwears, sets with underwear, or bodysuits.
  • Orders placed using Emmoi store credit or gift vouchers can be returned for Emmoi store credit only. 
  • Your original order's shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • You are responsible for the costs of sending your items back to us, and you are in charge of the goods until they reach our warehouse.
  • We will cover the shipping costs to re-send you any replacement items. We only offer one free exchange, after that any costs associated with shipping will be charged.
  • Due to the popularity of our product range, we cannot guarantee that the desired size will be available for exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchanges.
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock, a store credit or refund is automatically granted.

OTHER RETURN CONDITIONS

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
  • All Australian returns are processed within three business days after we receive your items. You will receive an email containing the information of your processed refund.
  • If you suspect your product is faulty or damaged, please contact us. This will be treated with the utmost importance.
  • Credit for future purchases is offered on a Gift Card and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
